Bail has been set at $1 million for a youth camp leader accused of sending online messages of a sexual nature to a 14-year-old boy.
The suspect is 22-year-old Brandon Moe of Sonora. El Dorado County sheriff's deputies arrested Moe on Monday following an investigation into allegations he was sending inappropriate sexual content via texts and Facebook to the victim.
Moe was the teen's cabin leader when the boy attended an overnight youth camp in Tuolumne County in July, according to sheriff's Sgt. Michael Seligsohn.
Moe was booked into El Dorado County Jail in South Lake Tahoe on suspicion of distribution or exhibition of lewd material to a minor.
